Mentor a Team

Currently seeking accessibility subject matter experts to guide design and development teams throughout the AIR competition. Be their accessibility coach, their inclusive design cheerleader, and more! Mentors meet with teams on a weekly basis.

Judge a Website

Want to lend your expertise but can’t meet with a team weekly? Volunteer to be a judge! This volunteer position is great for accessibility specialists with auditing/ QA experience. Judges are typically asked to attend an onboarding meeting and judge anywhere from 1-5 websites at the end of the competition.

AIR advisory board members have participated in AIR events before and meet once a month before and during the competition. Advisory board seats are invitation-only.
